This month we've connected with members at RMA25 and AAPM25. This month also marks the release of the ENGAGE 2025 National Survey Report - an important milestone in understanding the evolving experiences of GP supervisors across Australia.

GPSA annual survey for 2025 captures key insights and trends in the GP supervision landscape. The survey includes information about GP wellbeing, use of resources, challenges such as complaints managed for registrars, alongside a range of supervision skills related information. Notably the well-being related questions capture a reassuring trend of increasing number of supervisors seeing a GP for their own well-being and continuing to believe in the positive impact of their work and their supervision role.

RMA25 - It's a wrap!

The GPSA team had a fantastic time connecting with delegates at RMA25, chatting with many of you who stopped by to see Bruce, Sarah and Carla at the trade booth, and catching up with colleagues from GPRA, IGPTN and other sector partners.

A highlight was the GPSA-sponsored Supervisors Networking Lunch, where around 150 supervisors from across Australia came together to share experiences and strengthen connections. The event was warmly received and reflected the strong sense of community within GP supervision.

UNSW Discipline of GP - End of Year Event
