3. Introducing allergy assist™ - Free expert allergy support for
rural doctors

In partnership with the National Allergy Council and funded by the Australian Government, Department of Health and Aged Care, ACRRM is excited to introduce allergy assist™ – a free, national online service providing rural doctors with expert allergy education and support.

Designed to enhance allergy care in rural, remote, and First Nations communities, this service supports doctors to diagnose, treat, and manage allergic conditions with specialist advice available within 48 hours.
Through expert advice, clinical resources and professional development opportunities, this service empowers GPs and Rural Generalists to confidently diagnose, treat and manage allergies within their communities. By enhancing local expertise, allergy assist™ aims to help reduce wait times for specialist care and reduce patient travel by reducing unnecessary referrals and also support those patients through appropriate referral where required.

This service is free for ACRRM members, and a limited number of non-members working in MM2 to
MM7.*

You can contact a member of our team for any questions about your eligibility here:
