Reflecting with gratitude, looking ahead with confidence

As Chair, I am pleased to reflect on a period of significant change and progress for GPSA, and to acknowledge the outstanding contribution of Bruce Argyle as he concludes his tenure as our
Interim CEO.

Navigating organisational transition requires steady leadership, sound judgement
and a genuine commitment to people, and Bruce has brought all of these qualities to the role.

Under his guidance, GPSA has maintained its focus on supporting members and advancing our
strategic priorities, while ensuring the organisation remained well positioned for the future.

On behalf of the Board and our membership, I extend our sincere gratitude for his dedication,
professionalism and unwavering support during this important chapter. While we will miss his
wisdom, warmth and counsel, we celebrate his many achievements and thank him for the lasting impact he has made on our organisation. We look forward to the opportunity to reconnect and continue our shared journey in the future.

I also take this opportunity to warmly welcome Kylee Hayward to GPSA as our new CEO.

Kylee brings a wealth of experience, a strong commitment to member-focused leadership, and a clear vision for the future. We are delighted to have her join the organisation and are confident that, under her leadership, GPSA will continue to strengthen its advocacy, support and services for GP supervisors across Australia.

We look forward to working closely with Kylee as we build on our strong foundations and embrace the opportunities that lie ahead.
