GPSA’s strategic planning weekend brought together an energised group made up of our board members and CEO to set a bold course for the years ahead, anchored by our new vision statement: Leading and supporting excellence in GP supervision to strengthen the future of Australian primary healthcare and communities.

Across the weekend, members helped shape the five key strategic priorities that will drive this vision forward - building financial strength to ensure long-term sustainability, delivering impactful supervision that lifts the quality of GP training nationwide, strengthening robust advocacy and engagement so member voices lead sector reform, enhancing organisational effectiveness, and pursuing operational excellence to support a high-performing, future-focused GPSA.

Together, these priorities set the stage for a confident and connected year ahead, empowering supervisors and strengthening the communities we serve.
