The 4 R's... Recognition, Respect, Reward, Remuneration

Imagine this – an auditorium with the stage lit up in green, the banner with green and gold... That is how we respect those who came before us and inspire the same for those who Fellowed on the day. Words of courage, wisdom and inspiration were shared; there were tears, cheers and jubilation; there was joy in the room...

GPSA's Gifts4Kids Appeal

Join us in spreading joy this Christmas through our Gifts4Kids Appeal - together we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of at least some of the children around Australia who miss out on the joy of receiving, and lack the basic comforts and safety our loved ones take for granted.

How will you be remembered as a supervisor?

Let's build a better future together

This year, GPSA initiated a new ENGAGE campaign, designed to empower and energise our members to have their say in the future of general practice in Australia. We had excellent representation from members in a variety of GP/RG training roles from all states, territories, and ruralities.

We would like to thank everyone who contributed their voice through this survey. The full report of our findings is now available.

This year we’ve coded the open text responses so that readers can take a deep dive into the issues that you care about - watch this space for GPSA policy, advocacy and research updates drawn from these results.

Are you, or do you know anyone who may be, eligible for the Territories Stolen Generations Redress Scheme? While we were in Darwin for RMA24, GPSA was able to learn about this financial and wellbeing package for Stolen Generations survivors removed as children from the Northern Territory, ACT and Jervis Bay Territory and wanted to give our members the benefit of this information to use and/or share as you see fit.
