1. Save the Date: Upcoming ACRRM National Supervisor Webinar Series for 2025 

The ACRRM National Supervisor Webinar Series will return in 2025, offering valuable insights and guidance for supervisors. The webinars will take place on Thursdays at 7 pm (AEST). 

 Save these dates: 

• 20 March 2025: Supervise for ACRRM – the A-Z of what you need and how to get support 

• 22 May 2025: Supporting registrars in difficulty 

• 24 July 2025: ACRRM training and assessment requirements: update for supervisors 

• 25 September 2025: In-practice teaching 

• 20 November 2025: Preparing your practice for registrars 

Registrations will open soon, so be sure to watch for updates in ACRRM communications for links and further details. Don’t miss this chance to enhance your supervision skills and connect with the ACRRM community. 

2. 2025 Assessment dates 

Dates for 2025 assessments are available on the ACRRM website. Click here for more information. 

3. Become a FACRRM through REEF 

Be recognised for your rural or remote medical experience. 

The pathway to FACRRM through Rural Experienced Entry to Fellowship (REEF) is now streamlined so you can be recognised for your skills and experience in rural and remote medicine.  

REEF applicants no longer need to undertake assessments including mandatory multi-source feedback or case-based discussions and instead asked to: 

• pay a one-time application fee of $499 

• demonstrate five or more years of rural practice since gaining Fellowship or specialist registration 

• provide two letters of recommendation from Fellows of ACRRM 

• undertake a structured interview with an experienced Fellow of ACRRM (FACRRM)
